The following Author Presentations are available:
	Sammy the Sparrow Presentation
	The Author reads her book Grades Pre-K through 4th [ See an excerpt ] [ Lesson plan available ] [ About the Book ]
	Through audience and author interaction, the use of creative language is explored. This workshop includes pictures to color for Pre-School through 4th Grade. In addition, one signed, hardcover book will be donated to the school library or organization.  When used in conjunction with writing workshops, Sammy the Sparrow presentations can be used with any age student.

	Faces of Freedom Presentation
	Grades 6th through 12th [ Lesson plan available ] [ About the Book ]
	This presentation includes the author’s story of how she found the two families--in Arizona and Wisconsin--who lost a loved one in Iraq. It also explains the writing process implemented in interviewing, writing the rough draft, and writing the final draft. All fifty states and Puerto Rico are represented.  All proceeds of this book go to Fisher House and Wounded Warriors Project.

One signed, complimentary copy will be donated to the school or organization with each Author Presentation.
